Beautiful, homely abode with wonderful staff

I recently stayed at a charming little boutique hotel in a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, decorating the room for a special occasion. The attention to detail in the hotel was impressive, from the historical touches to the delicious breakfast. The service was exceptional, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its homely ambiance and amazing staff.

Impressive, spotless room with the bedroom, the peaked ceiling and fireplace. Early check in & the service was welcoming. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location near to the conservatory, London and restaurants.

The atmosphere is excellent. It is a fantastic bolt hole in London. The staff are so friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was situated near the tube station and was close to transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were of high quality and the secret garden in the center of the city was a unique and wonderful addition.

The staff at this hotel pay great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is well taken care of. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a period style feel, and I especially loved the downstairs bathroom and super-comfy bed. The breakfast, served in-room, was of high quality and included in our rate, making it a great value for money.

All was well, nothing to improve.

The location was amazing - we had easy access to Clerkenwell. We booked a club double room with an underground bathroom and had the option of using a wake-up service.

I had the most relaxing stay at a charming hotel in a central location. The check-in was smooth and the staff gave us a warm welcome. The reception rooms were beautifully adorned with Christmas trees and cozy chairs by the fire. Our room was stunning, with a comfortable bed and an amazing roll-top bath. The tea tray in the room was well-equipped. The breakfast, served on a tray, was absolutely delicious. The resident cat added a touch of charm. Can't wait to return and recommend to everyone I know. a wonderful experience.

Charming historic design, convenient location, amazing breakfast, helpful staff, spacious room with bath tube, beautifully decorated rooms, fantastic baths, great proximity to venue, helpful staff during wedding preparations.

The rooms are airy and attractive with tea or coffee and the staff are attentive. It offers very good service.
